These Terms & Conditions apply when you use BeforeUni.shop or purchase or download products and resources from us.

By using our website or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms.

3. Digital Products and Delivery

Our products are primarily digital.

Unless otherwise stated, digital products are made available electronically following successful payment.

You are responsible for providing an accurate email address and ensuring that your device has suitable software to open the file type supplied, such as a PDF reader where appropriate.

If you have difficulty accessing a product you purchased, please contact us and we will try to resolve the issue.

4. Prices and Payment

Prices are displayed on the website and the final amount payable will be shown before you complete your purchase.

Payment is processed through the payment methods made available at checkout.

An order is accepted when payment has been successfully processed and we provide confirmation or access to the purchased digital content.

5. Digital Downloads and Cancellation Rights

Digital content may be provided for immediate access after purchase.

Where required by law, before immediate delivery begins you will be asked to:

  • consent to the digital content being supplied immediately; and

  • acknowledge that once delivery or access begins, you lose your statutory 14-day right to cancel that purchase.

Once digital content has been supplied or accessed under those circumstances, we do not offer refunds simply because you change your mind.

This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

If digital content is faulty, materially different from its description or does not meet the standards required by applicable consumer law, please contact us. You may be entitled to an appropriate remedy under UK consumer law.

6. Personal-Use Licence

When you purchase or download a Before Uni digital product, you receive a limited licence to use it for your own personal or household use.

Unless we specifically give written permission, you may not:

  • Resell our products

  • Redistribute them

  • Upload them to file-sharing websites

  • Share purchased files publicly

  • Copy or reproduce them for commercial purposes

  • Alter and sell them as your own work

  • Use substantial portions of our products to create competing products

Buying a product does not transfer ownership of our intellectual property to you.

7. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the content on BeforeUni.shop and within Before Uni products — including text, designs, worksheets, graphics, branding, downloadable materials and original content — belongs to Before Uni or is used with appropriate permission or licence.

All applicable intellectual-property rights are reserved.

Before Uni provides practical educational and informational resources based on research, experience and general university-preparation guidance.

Our information is not a substitute for professional legal, financial, medical, mental-health, immigration, academic or other specialist advice.

However, we cannot guarantee particular academic, financial, personal, university-admission or other outcomes from using our products or website.

How information is used and the results achieved will vary according to individual circumstances.

We aim to keep BeforeUni.shop available and functioning properly, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
